Alaska

Hello everyone, and welcome to your 2021 Alaska expedition. This trip embodies the diversity and unique flair that mark our adventures, and we hope you are as excited as we were when designing each element of this safari.
Our safaris, like this one to Alaska, offer the same focus on unique, experiential trips as our regional safaris in the Midwest and our popular India and Africa safaris. Each are truly enjoyable once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and we intend to promote the same sense of value across all venues.
Part of the experience of each of these safaris is the culture of the region. You will not only see some of the best scenery on the continent, but also meet some very interesting people along the way. These people are extremely passionate about what they do, and their dedication is both uplifting and heart-warming.
Our Foundation provides these same types of experiences for youth, and a percentage of each safari supports these valuable youth programs. Objectives involving leadership, conservation/sustainability, or the arts are woven into each program, and as students connect with nature they become truly immersed in the experience. These experiences go well beyond the long-term economic benefi ts to the local economies, and inspire passionate stewards committed toprotecting places they visit.
If there is anything we can do to make your experience better, please let us know. We are here to provide you with an awesome experience, and we embrace the fact that we could not do the things we do without YOU!

Best time to visit Alaska

Alaska is about scenery, beautiful remoteness, and stunning lodging in some of the world's most remote locations. Namibia becomes uncomfortably hot in October, and game viewing is severely hampered by the brief but harsh rainy season that lasts from December to March. The ideal time to see wildlife is in the winter, from June through September.
