Online

1) For our offerings, refer to the below directions and then click here.

Once you have an adventure safari, class or event in mind, click the REGISTER button to the right of the date that you wish to register for:

2) You will be asked for an email address and how you were referred to us (optional), then click CONTINUE.

3) On the page that follows, fill in the requested information (at minimum, a name, email address and phone number – a cell if possible – are required).

4) Then, enter any promotional code that you may have. (Please do not enter any dashes present in your code).

5) If a code is used, you must first click the RECALCULATE button before it will be applied. The page will then refresh, and the final price will depend upon the nature of your code.

6) Navigate near the bottom of the page and click CONTINUE. (Note: If you have a code yielding a $0 balance, then you will receive a confirmation on-screen at this point and may ignore step 7 below).

You will also receive a confirmation email sent to the provided address within 2 hours.

7) Enter your payment information (at minimum, your credit card type, card number, expiration date and security code – if any – are required) and then click SUBMIT.

You will receive a confirmation on-screen at this point and will also receive a confirmation email sent to your provided address within 2 hours.

 

  • Local Adventure Safaris, Classes and Events: You will also receive an email reminder 1-2 days prior to your event with details about where to meet.
  • Private, Regional, National and International Adventure Safaris: We will work with you individually to set up the specific meeting location. You will also receive an email reminder 1-2 days prior to your event with details about where to meet unless otherwise informed.

Be prepared to give the following information for each participant:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number (a cell if possible)
  • Requested event and its date and time
  • Make & model of camera, if known
  • Skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
  • Promotion code and/or credit card information – at minimum, your credit card type, card number, expiration date and security code

Call us at 312-470-6704 with the adventure safari name, date and time that you would like to register for.

Be prepared to give the following information for each participant:

  • Full Name

  • Requested event and its date and time
  • Make & model of camera, if known

Our adventure safaris are frequent, and we always try to accommodate individual circumstances. With proper notice (8+ days before your event), we allow you to reschedule your valid adventure safari without monetary penalty. For all local and regional adventure safari, class or event, just contact us at least 8 days in advance to let us know you need to reschedule and we will take care of it for you! We do understand that emergencies can come up last minute and we do not want you missing out on an experience with us!

If you would like to reschedule your adventure safari, class or event and it is less than 8 days in advance, contact us and we can do so with a $35 non-refundable fee per participant to reschedule. For national and international adventure safaris, please refer to the trip policy.

 

  • Local Adventure Safaris, Classes and Events: You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with details about where to meet. You will also receive an email reminder 1-2 days prior to your adventure safari, class or event with this information.
  • Private, Regional, National & International Adventure Safaris: We will work with you individually to set up the specific meeting location.

Try entering your code exactly as it is shown without spaces, dashes or other special characters and click RECALCULATE. If you still receive errors, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

It is possible that our adventure safaris, classes or events change in price. Your gift certificate is always valid for the product it was purchased for or you can decide to use its value to apply to another adventure safari, class or event. You would then contact us to pay the difference.

We have found with experience that extra people who are not able to fully participate become a distraction for other participants and the instructor because they cannot manipulate the camera, however if there is another person with interest in photography who would like to attend, please contact us so that we can assist them with registration.

We try to keep adventure safari participant numbers low so there is time for the adventure safari leader(s) to work individually with participants. Classes are held in normal size classrooms and speaker events can have hundreds of participants.

Our local adventure safari routes usually entail 1-2 miles of walking, but it is limited to a small city area for each adventure safari. Our regional, national and international adventure safaris vary greatly in the amount of physical exertion needed.
